yes i have had better days

well anyway today i went swimming wif sam, i think we did 1 kilometre..and we were both so buggered...then we went to watch rally australia which was actually quite interesting, i want a car of that sort one day. then we went to nb grab some bubbletea and jus chat..yeah..haven't chatted to my budd for quite a while..took my mind of stuff for a while, which was good..

exams are finally over..FA was a killer, apparently some guy was crying in the exam..well i can understand him..it was..impossible..lets just leave it at that..

3 more days and it all begins..FARKKKKKKK...
then again..9 days and it all ends too..
Jez man reckons his car can beat my car..man you WISH..your car doesn't even show how many revs u are doing..and no power steering..imagine if..we had to race on a meandering road? you would be STUFFED..but yes..we shall see eh..but you listen to classical music..and hence u have CLASS so i will..go easy on you :P
hmm..melbourne cup yesterday..makybe diva won..no suprises there..
anyway josh got his exam deffered to next year...don't know why..but he's still studying now..dude..WTF..take a break man..you're like studying harder than i am..and i've got exams in 3 days..
yes anyway these few weeks have been most stressful, it all comes down to how many HDs or Ds u get, such is our way of life where people are judged by what course they do and what kind of results...GPA must be high or employers won't even look at you..this is what the Dean said...perhaps i was more suited to a career in music where everything was so much more subdued..and everything depended on your performance, which lucky for me i enjoyed..anyway speaking of music, last night on ABC classics they played the Grieg Piano concerto...made me remisnce of Concerto night last year..i didn't really like the way the performer interpreted the music but none the less it was a good 30 minutes well spent listening to it..
i will be back in malaysia/singapore from 4 december to 4 feburary..i guess i don't really wanna be back there for so long, but thats mainly cos i'll miss somebody in perth heaps..but i guess i'll get to see my friends who i haven't seen for more than a year now..
well i guess its back to economising again..macroeconomics is a KILLER..

Right to terminate a contract in the event of breach of contract;

• Innocent party has a right to terminate, it is not automatic
• Innocent party has a choice between termination and affirmation. Guilty party cannot compel the innocent party to make one choice or another; it is entirely up to the innocent party.
• If an election is made to terminate a contract for breach, the parties are discharged from all their future rights and obligations, but any rights or obligations that have already approved prior to termination will remain.
• Termination does to render a contract void.

Yes, contracts 102 study is ongoing. So is macroeconomics 102, statistics 160 and financial accounting 101. Stressed out, i am. I need a 75.25 average this semester to keep my average over 70 and keep my scholarship. Perhaps too much slacking off in semester 1 has paid its price. Work hard, i will..
ASIA agm coming soon, stilll unsure who to vote for..
Sick of my mum's nagging, not helping my study one bit.
Missing somebody alot too..

september was a very eventful month.
firstly there were a heapload of birthdays, all the parents enjoying their new year, forgetting their protection.
then there was the MSU ball and ASIA cocktail.
speaking of cocktail.. w00t .. 2600+ people?
a DAMN good ASIA committee dance?
downside was no matter how much i drank i nv seemed to get pissed
drink queues were massive.
but knowing i was part of the event..and helped make it possible was..icing on the cake
september was also our 1 month anniversary and tina's bday..
which i hope she enjoyed as much as i did.

holidays are over and uni's back.
SIS started yesterday, though i failed to follow up my effort to study today. perhaps tmr.

eyes hurt..gonna shower

yes, believe it or not, strawberry cloud lollies, they could be the best thing that ever happened to Mankind. They're red, and they look like clouds. Simple, yet simply amazing. My obsession with strawberry cloud lollies, started today. I had one and it struck me like pen through paper (ok not the best analogy, but yeah), they were the bestest tasting lollies i had ever had. The sensation one gets from such lollies are beyond words.

ok i'll admit it, i've never actually tried a strawberry cloud lollie in my life, but, that won't stop me from blogging about one, will it tina? :P

well anyway, today was, to cut a long story short, lovely. Just as the past 10 days or so have. And with that, i shall end my blog for today.

yes, i will also take this opportunity to advertise for ASIA cocktail. its on..sept 30th (i think), tickets off me yeah? :)

Yes, im finally updating this blog. For those die hard Nic Fans (ok they're probably none of those), well sorry for not updating for so long, my life has been pretty hectic and busy lately, notwithstanding the fact that i've got 3 exams in the span of one week.
Well, ever since i've turned 18, my life seems to reached a new era. Its like i've all grown up now, i can do almost anything now, which really gives me a sense of elation sometimes. Nevertheless, work goes on, i got this piano student who lives in city beach, get 30 bucks for 45 mins, which is more than what i would've got working for kumon for 3 hours a week. But more importantly, something lovely happened on the 18th of this month. Something lovely also happened on the 23rd of this month, and yes, they both occured in the presence of somebody really special to me.
I dare say both days would be right up there, to be my happiest days of the year so far (im sure they're many more to come).
Back to macroeconomics study for now...
